Aurum Green is a unique and exciting development that features new homes that are situated in sought after Chineham, Basingstoke.

We Are 778 were commissioned by Savills and developer PAL Properties to offer a full design and marketing service, in order to launch this new development.

This was initiated with the design of the Property Development Logo – drawing inspirations and themes related to the brand values and moniker (i.e. “From the earliest times gold, associated with the term ‘Aurum’, was compared with the sun”).

Branding collateral also included both interior and exterior computer generated images (CGIs), and an overall elevated site plan; Hoarding and Signage design; Print design of high-end luxury brochures featuring bronze foiling on GF Smith Colorplan as well as a clean, contemporary and luxury print design layout etc; Microsite design and development as well as a Print Advertising campaign.
