2017 was a productive year for the design team at We Are 778. One of our project pics for 2017 was a brochure commissioned by bespoke property and lifestyle group Saxe Coburg, Canford Cliffs, Poole.

Our creative mission was to convey a print design that promoted it’s luxury services – selling the luxurious lifestyle it presents to its premier clients. This coffee table book features GF Smith Ebony Colorplan ‘paper over board’ covers and spines, which form the luxurious hard back, gold foiled covers.

The brochure is metal-bound, meaning the text pages can be digitally reprinted and inserted back into the covers. This customisable build means that content updates can be made personally –  keeping Saxe Coburg’s marketing current and saving our client money on reprints.
