Fortitudo commissioned 778 to undertake a comprehensive property development marketing strategy across all new homes to help position each brand effectively within in a crowded market. Creative services included branding, brand strategy, marketing, printing, property brochure creation, copywriting, photography, drone aerial stills and videography, property CGI visualisation, 360 experience tours, site hoarding creation, show home creative and direction, digital marketing amongst other brand communications.
778 were also commissioned to design and build the new Fortitudo property web site in which we introduced a disruptive solution that challenges the traditional property sales process and streamlines the user journey through an intuitive user interface. The comprehensive design process integrates brand identity and functionality, resulting in a seamless and immersive user experience. Key features include a digital customer journey process, virtual tours, live property status updates, a Knowledge & Property News Hub, and a ‘Local Area Guide’ section. The website’s impact on the client’s business is evident through increased traffic, user engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates. The sales-focused platform allows the client to bring sales in-house, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and closed deals.
